Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can serve all of our clients effectively, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows If our team arrives and is unable to access the property without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged. Same-Day Bookings Cancellations for same-day appointments are non-refundable.
